Beginning Week 2

Week 1 workouts are done. Now I'm on to week 2.

Last week: 5 mins warm up
60 secs jog
90 secs walk
for 20 mins.

This week: 5 mins warm up
90 secs jog
60 secs walk
for 20 mins.

I feel good. I'm glad to be doing something. I think my posture is better.

[Edit: Well apparently I don't read well. I'm supposed to be doing 90 secs of jogging with 2 minutes of walking for 20 mins. I did it the other way today and it was fine, so I'm thinking I'll just keep up with the way I did it today.]

Congrats Jamie! How is Nat doing with her sleeping patterns?Is she sleeping through the night? Eddie still wakes up a couple of times a night to feed :(

Thanks Natalie. So far it's working out well with family life so I definitely think it's something most of us can do.

Iris, she's pretty much sleeping through. She wakes up one time mostly. But Frannie and Adam woke up twice a night for a very long time. At one point Frannie was waking 8 times a night (and that's when I let her CIO because I couldn't take it anymore.) But even after she stopped the persistent waking habit she usually still woke up at least once. My kids don't tend to fully sleep through the night (like I put you to bed at 8 you don't bother me until 6) until they are like a year and a half old. We'll see what Natalie does.
